Cheeseburger salad - AKA a cheeseburger with no bun :) 93% ground beef with a slice of american cheese. Nestled on a bed of lettuse, sliced pickles, red onion, mayo and mustard.
Sweet potato fries - with natural sea salt
green peppers w/ ranch veggie dip
Snack -
??? dunno yet
Water intake -
1 cup of coffee
2 32 oz. cups of H2O
0 - soda
What is a "Breakfast on the go pack"?
ReplyDeleteThey are made by a couple different companies, but the one I have has nuts, craisons, granola, and yogurt bits. It's sort of like a trial mix in a pouch. High protein, good fiber. not horrible in the sugar dept. It's better than nothing. Similar concept to a granola bar, just in trail mix form. To many times I don't have time for breakfast and so I got these for those days, as the concensus on my blog was to eat something vs. nothing, even if it isn't as healthy.
