Lunch -
Whole Wheat pita with grilled chicken, slice of ham, green pepper, lettuse and cucumber yogurt dip
5 Triscuits, and chedder cheese slices
Snack -
12 whole wheat pita chips with garlic hummus
Dinner -
Chicken Stir Fry with low sodium soy sauce
Brown Rice
Water intake -
2 cups of coffee w/ cream and splenda
4 - 32oz of water
1 - 16oz glass of milk
